Central Spark Victoria, a leading provider of high-quality renewable energy solutions in Castlemaine, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our passionate team. The role is based on site in Castlemaine, 20 hours per week spread over 3-5 days per week.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the operations team with administration duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable: creating invoices, chasing payments, and issuing receipts.
- Manage accounts payable: entering and verifying bills.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Claim solar rebates for clients.
- Register product warranties and set up accounts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software, with transferable skills to other business systems.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
