Located in a busy inner city suburb with easy access, my client is a 15 staff modern accounting firm seeking their next professional team member.
Their clients are of a size and complexity that is typically akin to the private clients division of the Big 4 (i.e. $5m - $250m turnover across a broad range of industries.)
About the Role
- Report directly to Partners
- Manage client relationships including building new relationships
- Assist with the supervision of staff including review or work and mentoring
- Hands on compliance work for large and complex groups
- Provide ongoing business advisory services to clients
About You
- University-qualified, career-focused and highly personable;
- At least 1 year experience in a Manager role in public practice accounting;
- CA or CPA completed or near completion;
- Strong technical tax skills and solid knowledge of Div 7A, FBT and CGT;
- A professional approach and the ability to work autonomously;
- Focused and committed to achieving client deadlines;
- Excellent presentation, communication and attention to detail;
- Great attitude towards learning;
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite; and
- Experience in Xero, MYOB and BGL.
