The Role: Client Services Manager
This job is tailor made for a talented CA/CPA qualified accountant with several years of experience who either wants to take a step back from full time work or is easing back into the workforce and still wants challenging work but without the 40+ hour week.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing financial statements, ITRs, BASs, and FBT returns for businesses of various sizes and structures.
- Offer value-added advice on tax planning, capital gains tax, retirement planning, and general business matters.
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Provide strategic guidance on business development, client relationships, and team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote professional growth and success.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in accounting, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience handling complex client accounts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for being part of a collaborative team.

Recruitment Process:
Our team will review all applicants to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications and align with the firm's values. Qualified candidates will then be shortlisted and participate in a short video interview with one of the Directors where they will be able to ask any questions about the job and salaray expectations.
Candidates who make it past the first interview will then be sent a behaviour assessment* to be completed before the final interview stage, which will consist of an in person meeting with all Directors.
The top candidate will then receive a formal job offer outlining salary, benefits and other terms.
