My client is a highly reputable, forward thinking Independent Financial Planning Practice based in Brisbane and currently due to growth a fantastic and highly rewarding permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager to join this exceptional, professional and passionate team. The Client Services Manager plays a critical role supporting our Financial Advisors, the role will see the successful candidate being a key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients. The role involves administering all support aspects of the client advice process within XPlan, including Review Management, preparation of Client Review and Plan Presentation Packs and implementation of advice. You will be supporting the Advisers with their existing private clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be first point of contact for new and existing clients via telephone and email.
- Develop strong client and team relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
- Preparation of all documentation for client review meetings
- Adherence to relevant processes, procedures and management of workflow.
- Work closely with advisers and management to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Provide administrative support at both a client, adviser and business level.
- Liaise with advisers to ensure consistent delivery of Client Service within expected time frames.
- Prioritise and manage daily workloads both individually and across the Client Service Team.
- Liaise with clients, advisers and centres of influence / referral partners to arrange appointments.
- Liaise with platform providers and fund managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of client investment instructions and follow through to completion.
- Managing ongoing client review program.
- Ensure ongoing compliance requirements are met at both the client and business level i.e. FDS and Opt-In
- Liaise with paraplanning team.
The successful applicant will be one of the key people in this practice and will play an important role in the growth and everyday operations. This role will offer you the chance to work closely with the advice team, as well as lovely clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 3 + years experience in a Client Services role within the Financial Planning sector supporting Advisors
- Xplan Experience
- High level communication skills
- A passion for the Client Service function and helping clients
