With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Finance Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the finance team on a part-time basis.
The Role
We are looking for a pro-active immediately available candidate who can commit to working 3 days per week in the office, based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne.
Some typical duties will involve:
- Processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliations
- Purchase order processing and management
- Processing invoices
- Data processing & Data entry
- Liaising with Stakeholders
- Accounts inbox management
- Ad-Hoc Finance duties
This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking a great opportunity with a quick start.
Your Profile
To be successful you will have experience in a high-volume accounting and finance role and experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable End-to-End function. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Microsoft Dynamics or ERP experience
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to start immediately
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Work independently or within a team
