Post Settlement Audit Officer (Mortgages)

This is a hands on role in which you will be responsible for a range of administration tasks within our office based administration team. 

About you

To secure this opportunity you MUST have; 

• Ability to work from the office 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of mortgage documents include;
  • Certificate of title
  • Mortgage
  • Loan Contract
• ​Experience working in a high volume processing environment.
• Experience working with deadlines and time frames specified with Service Level Agreements.
• Very high attention to detail.

This role requires a professional, confident and highly organised person to take ownership of assigned task.

Your duties

Your duties may include;

• Printing, scanning and filing.
• Checking of loan documents for accuracy. 
• Ordering online searches, such as Title details.
• Processing incoming or outgoing mail / TOLL.
• Audit of loan documents.
