This is a hands on role in which you will be responsible for a range of administration tasks within our office based administration team.
About you
To secure this opportunity you MUST have;
- Ability to work from the office 5 days per week.
- Working knowledge of mortgage documents include;
- Certificate of title
- Mortgage
- Loan Contract
- Experience working in a high volume processing environment.
- Experience working with deadlines and time frames specified with Service Level Agreements.
- Very high attention to detail.
This role requires a professional, confident and highly organised person to take ownership of assigned task.
Your duties
Your duties may include;
- Printing, scanning and filing.
- Checking of loan documents for accuracy.
- Ordering online searches, such as Title details.
- Processing incoming or outgoing mail / TOLL.
- Audit of loan documents.
