Part-time Medical Receptionist - Gordon

We are looking for a friendly and proactive medical receptionist to provide administrative and reception support to our doctors and patients.

We are located in Gordon on Sydney’s upper north shore.

The position is for 3 days a week however a full-time appointment may also be possible.

Essential Criteria

• Ability to perform all reception duties when required including, greeting patients, bookings and taking payments.
• Answer the telephone in a clear courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
• Fax, scan, and file documents.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work calmly within a pressured environment.
• Excellent people skills.
• Work well within a small team.
• Strong customer service skills.
