Well established dermatology practice with a rapid increase in aesthetic procedures. We provide a full range of medical and surgical dermatology services as well as aesthetic procedures.
We are now looking for a permanent-part time receptionist who can work on Mondays and Fridays, plus cover shift when required.
Qualifications & experience
- You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- Must have a minimum 2 year of Medical Receptionist experience.
- You are able to work under minimal supervision either individually and in a team
- You are responsible and accountable for the work performed
- You have excellent communication skills, administrative skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy; experience with Genie software is required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work within a team
- The successful candidate is expected to be proactive, have critical thinking, and add value to the practice
Tasks & responsibilities
- Administrative work involves processing patients' information into medical software for our Doctor and Nurse.
- Typing letters and reports
- Booking appointments
- Processing payments and Medicare billings
- Contribute to writing and updating policy and procedure manuals
- Flexible with the work schedule as per business needs
- Help and contribute to our social media platforms based on our social media policy and guidelines.
- Apart from the main duties of reception and housekeeping, you may be required to do additional tasks outside the job description but is still within your capabilities
