The Role:
Due to growth and expansion they are currently seeking a suitably experienced self-motivated and driven candidate to become an integral part of their team. Working as the Office Manager, in this newly created role, you will be responsible for establishing effective office systems, managing all accounts and finance functions, and providing strong administration and operations support to the Director
This role will be offered on a permanent Part Time basis. Approximately 20 - 25 hours p/w over 5 days - flexible! Open to School Hours!
The Responsibilities:
Some of your actual duties will include:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Account reconciliations
- Manage all office expenses
- Process monthly payroll
- Liaise with external Accountant
- Create and implement office procedures
- Assist the Director as required
- Manage various databases and spreadsheets
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Other administrative tasks as required
To be successful for this role it is imperative that you possess....
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
- Advanced MS Office skills and Xero
- Advanced Excel skills
- A proactive manner with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrate an adaptative and resilient nature
