Salary- Part Time Receptionist in Footscray
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Salary up to 70k FTE
This highly regarded law firm based in Footscray that advises an enviable client list on a full range of Immigration matters whilst priding itself on fostering a pragmatic and personal approach to Law.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining the collegiate team on a Part Time basis, three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The role will involve a full range of reception duties;
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Answering switchboard calls
- Managing the meeting rooms
- General assistance
Our client is not extending this opportunity to Students or candidates without full working rights.
To be considered for the role, you will be a diligent and motivated individual with experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting;
- Experience as a receptionist within a law firm is preferred.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
- A positive and motivated attitude towards work.
