Part-Time Receptionist

SMAART Recruitment is excited to partner once again with one of Australia's best known media companies, in their search for a part-time Receptionist.
In their open-plan offices in Southbank Melbourne, you'll find a supportive and inclusive environment where you are valued for your work.
As the Receptionist you will be welcoming visitors, managing phone and email enquiries, and setting up meeting rooms. Other tasks include admin, data entry and mail/courier duties. Additionally, you'll support the internal team with any ad hoc tasks or enquiries and ensure the facility is prepared for guests.
About the role:

• Ongoing part-time position - ongoing casual contract, with the opportunity to go permanent in future
• Southbank (3006) close to Melbourne CBD
• Salary: $35 per hour + super
• Monday 08:00am-1:00pm

Tuesday 11:00am-8:30pm
Wednesday 4:00pm-8:30pm

What we're looking for:

• Relevant experience in reception, concierge or other relevant roles like customer service, call centre, or administration
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must
• Comfortable using MS Office
• Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and efficient organisational skills
