Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist at Melville Volkswagen, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, appointments, and directions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area and showroom.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Hours for the role:
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm
  • Every 2nd Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
