Operating out of their sleek office located in the heart of Campbelltown this is an opportunity for a part-time Trust Accountant / Office Manager to join an expanding and successful team.
We are looking for an individual to streamline all financial activity of the business and the office, utilizing your organizational and administration skills daily you will be responsible for:
- Managing Property Management Trust
- Mid-Month & End-of-Month
- Processing & Managing Invoices
- Financial Reporting & Issuing Financial Statements.
- Answering & Redirecting Calls
- Maintaining, Monitoring & Updating Office Compliance
- Stationary Orders
- Maintenance & Presentation of the Office
Previous experience managing trust for large rent rolls is essential to be considered. A successful candidate will:
- Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
- Harness outstanding communication skills
- Be great with numbers, time management and attention to detail
- Have the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Possess a "can do" attitude
- Be a great team player!
