The Role:
This Government Department is seeking a Participant Support Officer to support customers in choosing the right development/training courses available.
The Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the provision of high-quality professional learning, contextualised and responsive to rural and regional cohorts.
- Work directly with participants to provide program resources, room-set-up support (including in a virtual space).
- Provide high-quality customer service from program inception and participant registration through to program conclusion.
- Undertake key administration functions.
- Lead the engagement and management of localised facilities-management service providers to ensure effective and safe operation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A Minimum of 2 Years working as a Student Enrolment Officer or Course Adviser.
- Experience working within the Education space is required.
- Great communication and customer service skills is recommended.
- Proven ability to undertake administrative tasks and provide insight on the best courses to undertake.
