Role: Participation and Inclusion Coordinator
Reports to: Aquatics and Community Participation Manager

What You'll Be Up To:
- Drive initiatives that open doors for everyone in our community, ensuring no one is left out.
- Organise and facilitate exciting community consultation and outreach activities that gets everyone talking and participating.
- Manage and deliver first-class internal programs and services, plus dream up new participation projects with Council and external partners.
- Lead and inspire a dynamic crew of program delivery staff, creating accessible and high-quality programs that our community will love.

Desired Skills and experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience in program/ service delivery
- Experience in community and stakeholder engagement and consultation.
- Experience in effective networking, building new relationships and establishing effective business partnerships
- Knowledge of the Wyndham community or awareness of local councils
- Current Police Records Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children’s Check - Employee (or willingness to obtain)
