Job description

This position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG).  You will be responsible for supporting the success of accounting and bookkeeping firms (collectively ‘advisors’) as they navigate digitisation strategies for their business and their clients.  You will do this by selling Intuit’s products that deliver efficiency, automation and modernisation for advisors within their firms and for their clients’ businesses within a defined geographic territory.  This is an individual contributor role ideally suited to an experienced seller ever hungry for sales.  You will have a background and demonstrated success in phone based selling.  Metrics matter, and delivering against licence volume and revenue targets is critical.  The role will involve effective account planning in line with the cyclical needs and nuanced modernisation strategies of advisors, mentoring of junior team members, involvement in group projects and principal sales capability that is critical to delivering the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.

Intuit Australia's Sales organisation is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Accountants and Small Businesses with the tools they need to thrive.  Our Partner Managers are expected to understand how Accountants, Bookkeepers and Small Businesses work, the challenges they face, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, tailor solutions and understand the competitor landscape. Our Partner Managers are truly advisor obsessed, and driven to delight with every interaction.

What you’ll bring to Intuit

  • Competent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel and other sales systems and sales operations processes

  • 3+ Years fintech experience with an emphasis on SaaS and financial software sales
  • 3+ Years sales experience with a consistent overachievement to assigned targets and sales KPI’s
  • Experience with accounting concepts and ability to apply these in all stages of the sales cycle and/or exposure to the accounting industry having sold to accountants and/or bookkeepers
