This business is a National design & Construction building company that prides itself on helping bring brands and spaces to life, by providing the best outcomes for our clients. Uniquely, combine planning, design, manufacturing, project management & construction to deliver pragmatic end to end solutions.
Specialises in all types of Workplace, Retail, Hospitality & Health based Fitouts to just name a few.
Salary depending on experience between $140k - $400k +

About The ROLE
As a Business Development Manager, you will assist the Business Development Team by securing new business and developing new relationships + leads within key market segments.
What YOU Will Be Doing
Be responsible for hitting key sales metrics relating to services within monthly and annual budgets.
Research and be up to date with current market trends – identifying new opportunities to engage prospects and drive new business.
Demonstrate exceptional phone and communication skills – be comfortable cold calling to appointment set and secure meetings.
Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to maintain records of all interactions.
Developing and nurturing relationships with clients regarding their accounts.
What YOU will bring to the role
Previous experience in a Business Development Manager position, preferably within the Construction or Supply Industry.
An entrepreneurial spirit who can get out there and make it happen for themselves.
Demonstrate a proven track record for success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Valid Australian Driver’s License.
Willingness to travel, when and as required.
