The Role:
Globe 24-7 is currently working with our client, an international Consulting/Engineering and Technology Solutions company to secure an experienced Consultant to join their esteemed team. Focusing on supporting organisations to transform and realise their operational effectiveness, you will join the team to enhance their skills and capability offerings further.
This is a permanent opportunity with our client with the opportunity to be based in Brisbane, Perth or Melbourne.
Ensuring an organisation is constructed and designed to deliver its strategy effectively and provide optimal value for shareholders is a key component of any successful organisation.

The specifics:

• Client Consultation: Provide expert consultancy services to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their business strategies and operations.
• Organisational Design: Experience partnering with the internal stakeholders to ensure that the right people are in the right job roles. Extensive experience evaluating and classifying jobs to ensure that the organisational structure is assembled in a manner that optimises the most efficient way to attain business objectives.
• Business Development: Utilise your existing industry connections and network to identify new consulting opportunities. Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and being responsive to their needs.

Requirements:

• Proven Consultancy Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successful consultancy engagements, showcasing the ability to deliver impactful solutions to clients’ most complex challenges.
• Business Acumen: Proficiency in generating new business opportunities by leveraging existing industry connections and networks.
• Exceptional Professionalism: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to navigate intricate business landscapes with finesse.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, essential for addressing multifaceted business requirements.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within Australia to facilitate in-person client interactions, ensuring a seamless consulting experience.
