About the Role:
Join our Marketing and Community Development team as a Partnerships and Events Administrator! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of a diverse array of functions, from intimate gatherings to grand Events like the Gala Ball and College Fair.
Working closely with the Partnerships and Events Coordinator, you'll provide invaluable support in managing event logistics and coordination. Additionally, you'll assist the Marketing and Community Development Office in maintaining and analysing event data to enhance our stakeholder strategies.
As the point person for events administration, you'll oversee the organisation's community relations database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
This role works during the College term plus an additional 3 weeks per year so there’s plenty of time to pursue other interests during the school holiday period.
