Our client based in Brighton, consists of a hard-working team of professionals that go above and beyond to make our events a success. IPA are currently looking for an energetic and skilled Event Administrator & receptionist to join a high energy, specialist team.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Manning of Reception desk acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Corporate Office tenants and manage relationships with the tenants.
- General office administration duties.
- Assist in the end to end event planning, coordination and production of events in consultation with Event Managers and Event Coordinator.
- Provide administrative assistance with registration, ticketing and record keeping for events.
- Manage a range of inboxes daily.
- Any other administrative duties that may be assigned
Ideal Qualities:
- A warm, friendly, and upbeat personality, with exceptional communication & listening skills
- Well-developed organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as an effective team member and exercise high levels of independence, judgment, and initiative.
- A strong eye for detail, with accuracy being a must, and strong organisational capabilities in terms of prioritizing work and deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel/ Outlook)
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
· Experience using EventsAIR or similar events software.
