About the Role
Due to company growth, we are currently seeking a motivated, high performing individual, with attention to detail who is looking to develop a career in Parts Administration.
Working as part of a high performing team in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for strong administrative support to the parts team. You will be responsible for maintaining providing general administrative support.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have administrative experience in the automotive industry and possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to complete a range of administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders to achieve a desirable outcome
- A results driven attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs
