PART TIME SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
CASUARINA LOCATION
Need to have own transport and a valid licence

3 DAYS A WEEK - 9 HOURS PER DAY
NEED TO BE WILLING TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS WHEN REQUIRED

INITIAL TRAINING 4 DAYS A WEEK UNTIL COMFORTABLE IN THE ROLE
$32-$36.50 - dep on experience
Temp to perm opportunity

Duties:

  • Process invoices on SAP and follow up on sales orders
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Process Customer orders on picking slips
  • Maintain the integrity of the Credit register daily
  • Ensure production labels are printed to meet daily production requirements.
  • Managing supply chain stock destitution on weekends
  • Transport and deliveries handling
  • Cash sale administration and handling
  • Order, audit of pallets on a weekly basis
  • Greet and direct visitors and contractors 
  • Act as the first point of contact for external customers
  • Back up for Admin Officer
  • Participate in Stocktake monthly
  • Participate in learning and development initiatives
  • Participate in the fostering of an environment that complies with Company policies
  • Establish positive relationships as platform to systematic improvement
  • Managing varied and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in business administration with an accounting and finance understanding
  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience within the industry of sales support area
  • Minimum of 2 or more years defining and implementing processes is required; sales process experience is strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience – Advanced with a speciality in trend analytics
  • Microsoft Word experience – Intermediate to Advanced
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
