The position is situated at our Head Office, located in Forest Glen. It’s a fulltime permanent position, with hours of work being 6:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
You’ll be working alongside the Workshop Team, reporting to the Workshop Maintenance Manager:
- Fielding parts queries and processing parts orders (gathering quotes and placing orders)
- Arranging dispatch of parts and reconciling orders
- Coordinating regular stock takes of consumables
- Loading and unload freight with a forklift (desirable)
- Provide high level of administrative support, word processing, document preparation (weekly reports), information collation and spreadsheet management (high volume of data entry in MS Excel)
- Maintaining accurate records of electronic filing structures and systems
Ideally, you’ll have a recent experience in a high-level administrative support role in a fast-paced environment, additionally:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Cat SIS 2.0 Parts Store (highly regarded)
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Prior experience in a similar role in the civil construction industry will be highly regarded
