Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services and accurate parts advice and administrative services to Liebherr standards. You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
This role is a FIFO role working 5/2, 4/3 roster with 10-hour shifts. Flights, meals and camp accommodation is included.
Candidates will reside in Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns.
Duties
- Operate lifting equipment,
- Pick pack and dispatch orders
- Unpack, Receipt and check stock
- Inspect and maintain items
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory
- Carry out monthly cycle counts
- Maintain accurate records, files and reports
- Managing the core return process with site for major components
- Arranging parts - ordering / receipting / inspection and allocation
- Raising sales and Replenishment Orders
- Maintaining component repairs status with Liebherr systems
- Quoting of components
- Data entry of component change out information and monthly hour readings
- Certificate II Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years' industry experience - desirable
- Certificate III in Logistic - desirable
- Relevant parts experience
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of technical drawing and manuals
- High Risk Forklift Licence.
- A good understanding of computers with the ability to learn new systems
- A strong customer focus
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience in monitoring stock control and inventory processes
- Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
