• Interpreting parts inquiries and assisting customers in finding the right components for their luxury vehicles.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging demeanour.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics of parts, factoring in cost efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory and transactions.
• Contributing to the overall success of the team through proactive participation and idea generation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable, preferably within the automotive industry. Confidence in face to face interaction with people is key.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Negotiation and good time management skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for continuing a long term career in Automotives.
• Understanding of motors and cars and how different parts work or go together is highly advantageous.
