We are a young and growing bakery in Melbourne CBD and we are looking for full time Pastry Cooks to join our crew! The hours are long, the work is hard and the environment challenging. And we do what we do so that everyone in The Company can pursue growth beyond their imagination and live great lives.
We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience in a similar position with references.

The day starts at 5am and finishes around 3pm. It can be longer depending on the day but we get unlimited free coffee. The duties vary depending on the assigned position. Some of these include:
Making croissant and shokupan doughs
Laminating croissants and shaping shokupans
Baking proofed products
Preparing fillings and other ingredients
Decorating fruit danishes and almond croissants
Placing orders and organising deliveries
Participate in quality control / Menu R&D activities
Cleaning and doing dishes
Working on a full time basis, 38 hours over a 7 day roster, we would like to work with someone who can be flexible to work weekends and public holidays. The annual salary will be between $65,000 and $75,000 plus superannuation.
