Due to expansion and growth, Coniston Bakery is seeking a qualified or suitably experienced pastry cook and/or baker to join our team.
The successful applicant will be able to work hands on at our well equipped production kitchen producing a range of cakes, sweet pastries, Croissant, Danish, Special Occasion Cakes, gourmet pies, sausage rolls, and pasties.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a knowledge and experience of:
- pastry and Cake making
- food hygiene
- pastry lamination
- baking processes.
