managering baking schedules for wholesale and retail and preparation work

Making different elements for desserts - mousses , ganaches , coulis
Skills in masking cakes and decorating - would be a advantage
Attention to time management - IS KEY
with having the attention to detail
Work environment is very good - the cake studio - is a shop front
