- Must have atleast 3 years experience of cake decorations with cream & buttercream
- Preparing and decorating cakes, biscuits, puff pastry and other pastry goods in the kitchen which will also involving rolling and molding dough
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
- Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
- Quality control check for every product relating baking and serving
- Mixing ingredients to form dough, using electric mixer or beats and stirs ingredients by hand stirrer
- Mixes ingredients to make icings and decorates cakes and pastries
- Maintaining a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- maintain standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation,scheduling, and decoration
- Mentor and supervise junior team members by training them on various bakery techniques

Salary: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
