About the role

Operational and leadership role in managing a diverse team of pathology collectors across the Brisbane South region - flexible location for suitable candidate. 

This will include formulation of staff rosters, dealing with daily operational issues and problem solving and ensuring that staff work in well-organised, efficient and safe environments. 

In addition, they will ensure that the delivery of service to 4Cyte patients and clients is of the highest possible standard.

Skills and experience

• High level of skill  and knowledge in all aspects of pathology specimen collection.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pathology specimen collection / phlebotomy.
• Previous experience supervising and managing work teams in specimen collection / phlebotomy.
• Proficiency with Workplace Health and Safety
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Current Driver’s License
