About the role:
Reporting to the Manager Employment Pathways, QLD, you will identify, develop, and execute marketing and engagement activities aimed at participant acquisition and the growth of the organisation in target markets. This will be achieved through promoting Possability’s NDIS employment and capacity building supports while building and deepening relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and referrers.
This role will suit someone who is highly motivated, able to work autonomously and is able to understand and respond to localneeds.

About you – you will have:
- Experience in identifying, growing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships which facilitate referrals to the organisations suite of services
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results – drive and deliver performance against a set of goals
- Well-developed negotiation, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, and the ability to proactively identify and meet expectations in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct strategic work and lead strategic initiatives across relevant business areas
What is essential?
- A minimum higher degree qualification in marketing, business or relevant human services specialty or experience deemed to be the equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in a related role
Other Requirements
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
- The ability to travel to provide support as required.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Provision of satisfactory National or International Police Check as required.
- Provision of Working with Vulnerable People registration
