We are currently seeking a polished and highly professional Patient Service Coordinator to join our team and work directly alongside the clinic owners to help us maintain our high standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Position Overview:

As our Patient Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and premium experience for all our patients. You will be the linchpin in our efforts to provide an exceptional patient journey from the first point of contact through to post-treatment follow-up. Your role will involve managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all our patients. Your commitment to excellence, warm demeanour, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills will be crucial in upholding our practice's reputation of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Schedule and manage patient appointments using our dental software system.

- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries promptly and courteously.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information.

- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the clinic.

- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.

- Ensure the reception area is pristine and inviting reception area.

- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within a high-end dental or healthcare environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.

- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
