PATROLS SUPERVISOR
Job Description
The Position of a Patrols Supervisor is a field-based role, conducting parking compliance patrols as part of the working roster as well as assisting the Operations Manager with supervision and support to the wider patrols team on shift.
The role will support the Operations Manager by assisting with staff presentation, revenue maximization via roster support and reporting of any site issues. This role will also cover Operations Manager duties when absent.
A company pool car will be provided during rostered hours.
Key Accountabilities
* Patrol Duties:

* Carry out patrols of all Client car parks on a random basis
Issue parking breach notices to vehicles parked in contravention of the Terms and Conditions of EntryProvide a visible security presence within the carparksReporting of car park defects, maintenance and cleaning issues to Area Manager WA and Patrols Supervisor * Additional Duties as directed by Operations Manager

* Supervisor Duties:

* Support to Rostering of shifts to always ensure adequate coverage.
* Support to cover allocation of carparks on the ANPR run sheet
* Support to ensure site coverage is kept to optimum levels with roster changes made and changed as needed on the run changes to ensure optimum levels of Performance are maintained across the portfolio of sites.
* Assisting Operations Manager with Management and maintenance of equipment used in the field.
* Training of new staff to ensure officers are fully adhering to all companies' procedures and policies.
* Assist the Operations Manager with on call responsibilities from time to time.
* Leading the team in on road patrols of all sites as required
* Meeting with site management to troubleshoot any issues experienced with Operations

* General Duties

* Adhere to and role model the Company values & policies at all times.
* Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others, and report hazards and incidents
* Comply with Company policies and procedures and legislative requirements
* Complete any other reasonable directives as given by your Manager
