The Company
Our client is a well-known government organisation dedicated to delivering great customer experiences and simplifying the way customers access Government services. They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Payment Support Officer to join their successful and dynamic team environment in this exciting 6 month contract with possible extension.
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work full-time in the office for 1-2 months before hybrid arrangements are considered.
The Job
Reporting through to the Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responding to inbound customer service enquiries and requests
- Processing customer payments and refunds through SAP
- Setting up direct debit registrations
- Electronic database updating and maintenance
- Handling customer complaints and issues
You
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the qualities below:
- 1-2 years’ payment processing experience, with a strong customer service background
- Experience working within the Government sector is desirable
- SAP experience is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
