We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to be our Payroll & Billing Team Leader based in our Christchurch Office. As a vital member of our organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of Payroll and Billing tasks while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements and company policies. This position reports to the Group Financial Controller (based in Auckland). Key duties Ensure that weekly Payroll and Billing is completed accurately and on time. Manage and motivate the existing Payroll and Billing Team, ensuring they feel supported in their everyday roles. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for any escalated payroll queries.
