About the Role
In this role, you'll be reporting to the Payroll Team Leader and is suitable for an individual who is attentive, driven and motivated to learn.
Duties:
- Provide high quality payroll service
- Ensure policies and procedures are documented in accordance to operating procedures
- Respond to employee enquires and provide timely and accurate advice
- Liaise with various internal or external stakeholders
- Have a thorough understanding and performance of Super & Tax
- Maintain payroll files in an effective manner
- Offer effective, clear and support communication to colleagues when necessary
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role and level
- Previous experience in Health/Aged Care is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team environment
