Payroll & HR Support Administrator

Indigo Junction are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Administration team. The role will support our organisation and staff with the administrative functions of the business, Payroll and Human Resources/Recruitment support. The key objectives of this position are
- To support and maintain HR, payroll and administrative requirements, and assist other teams as required.
- To ensure a high standard of HR compliance, financial accountability and reporting for Indigo Junction.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are
HR
- Support managers with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees including:
- Creation and coordination of job ads on a variety of platforms
- Contract preparation, reference checks & compile compliance documentation
- Coordinate, undertake and review all induction with new employees
- Monitor various HR compliance activities related to contracts
- Prepare monthly human resource reports
- Support managers with administrative functions for performance
- Coordinate wellness and psychosocial support activities
- Coordinate IT requirements of Indigo Junction staff
- Coordinate, implement and review Quality Learning and Development Framework for all staff alongside senior management
PAYROLL
- Perform payroll on a fortnightly basis (same as below)
- Complete Single touch payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Assist staff with payroll queries and support
- Obtain and maintain a good understanding of the SCHADS award
- Liaise with HR and Payroll system suppliers
- Provide various reports to management
FLEET MANAGEMENT
- Record monthly odometer readings and other compliance activities
- Liaise with Managers around fleet support
- Liaise with Manager and coordinate car servicing and maintenance
- Other tasks and support related to fleet management
OTHER
- Review and improve administrative processes
- General office management duties and support to teams at other locations to all Indigo Junction Teams
- Assist other functions of the administration/finance team where required.
- Administration regarding Occupational Health and Safety incidents
ORGANISATIONAL
- Support and contribute towards a positive work culture
- Operate in accordance with the Indigo Junction Policies and Procedures Manual and Delegation of Authority Matrix.
- Operate within the Indigo Junction Staff Code of Conduct.
- Contribute to the development of Indigo Junction strategic planning and future directions.
- Support the development and maintenance of Indigo Junction policies and procedures and other key documentation.
