ABOUT THE ROLEBased in Perth, the role of the
Personal Assistant is to provide support to the General Manager Qube Energy. This role will also have a dotted line reporting to the HR Manager and assist with general
HR Support for the Qube Energy business.
Specific Responsibilities:- Telephone and diary management
- Scheduling of and attending meetings, taking minutes and preparing these for review
- Preparation of management and monthly reports including research and assistance with presentations
- Sitting in on Etvia meetings and updating the system
- Travel management including flights and accommodation bookings
- Monthly credit card expenses and cash reimbursements
- Recruitment, interviewing and on-boarding procedures
- Maintenance of HR records
- Drafting and management of disciplinary letters
- Assistance with project briefs, analysis and communication to clients
Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Demonstrated experience in diary and travel management
- Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
