OurPayroll & HRIS Manager is responsible for:
- Managing our monthly and casual payrolls through our HR ERP and payroll provider.
- Responsible for timely and accurate internal and external payroll reporting requirements, e.g. payroll journals, EOY financial reporting, STP.
- Providing payroll related data and analysis, e.g. WGEA, Mercer.
- Advising employees on their payroll and related matters, e.g. leave types, benefits.
- Being our local Key User for Red Bull HRIS systems – maintaining data integrity, testing & updates
Experience and Qualifications:
- HRIS system management experience, SAP highly desirable (PA & OM).
- Experience managing an external provider desirable, ADP desirable.
- Highly organised, able to plan workload ahead to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Reporting and analytics experience, with a high level of accuracy, insight and attention to detail.
