What the everyday will look like:
- As the Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll processing.
- Management of monthly payroll processes, including leave reporting, general ledger management, journals and superannuation.
- Administer the annual salary review process.
- Maintain up to date payroll procedures and processes.
- Managing the reporting for the Executive and management teams
- Review and update HR /Payroll Policies & Procedures

Qualifications and Skills:
- Between 4 to 6 years' experience in Payroll.
- Proficient in payroll systems and software - MicrOpay experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance across various states.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
