NFP Organisation seeking a Part Time Payroll Officer within their Melbourne CBD office

The organisation works to protect the health and safety of the public by ensuring that professionals meet the high standards required. They are responsible for accrediting education and training programs, developing accreditation standards, policies & procedures & assessing the progressional qualifications, knowledge and skills of practitioners within the field.
Your new role
This role is a part-time role, working around 15 hours/2 days per week. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, the Payroll Officer is responsible for processing the payroll and maintaining the payroll records for the organisation. The Payroll Officer supports the organisation by ensuring payroll compliance and timely completion of related reporting tasks. The payroll consists of both full-time employees and casual employees, so experience dealing with processing of both is a must.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be proficient in payroll processing and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of individuals. Experience in the end to end payroll process and experience with Employment Hero come highly regarded, as does experience within the NFP Sector.
What you'll get in return
This role presents an opportunity to work within a highly regarded NFP organisation, working directly with the Manager of Finance & Director, Corporate Services. The salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 + Super, pro rata for 2 days per week.
