AddressWe are seeking a passionate individual to join our Finance team in Wangaratta as a Payroll & Accounts Officer. Within our Finance department, this role holds significant importance ensuring precise payroll processing and maintaining streamlined accounts management.
Full Time or Part Time applications will be considered,
(minimum of 30 hours per week including Mondays due to payroll processing requirements)
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
• experience with Payroll Processes (experience with Micropay preferred but not essential)
• knowledge of or experience with Xero,
• strong Excel and general PC skills
• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience,
However this is all preferred - not necessarily essential. Training and support will be supplied as needed to support to the successful candidate.
To be successful the applicant will need to be:
- Trustworthy
- Reliable, Punctual and have an eye for detail
- Be a Team Player with strong communication skills
- Be able to show initiative and be adaptive to change
- Strong IT/PC Skills
- A high attention to detail
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
