AddressPayroll Officer needed to manage payroll processes – temp to perm opportunity

This is a great opportunity for you to grasp how a new company does their payroll process and analyse and create methods to ensure there are no discrepancies moving forward in the payroll process.
They want an ERP payroll expert (e.g. SAP, Preceda or Micropay) to step in and make sure ALL calculations (such as LSL, super, STP2 etc) are all correct and up to date before tackling the end to end payroll for 400+ staff. Client needs assistance in the role urgently, so the role will start off as a temp assignment purely to fast track getting someone into the position. Role will likely go permanent if all are happy in the role. 1 day work from home flexibility so please ensure you are happy to commute to Lower North Shore Sydney area.
Your new role
Manage multiple payruns, end to end payroll processing
Experience with their major ERP software to navigate through payroll processes and calculations
Fix superannuation miscalculations
Compliance and reconciliation processes
What you'll need to succeed
Exposure to a major commercial ERP software
High knowledge of end to end payroll processes
Sound knowledge of time and attendance software and processes
Problem solver – proactive and motivated and can work independently
