AddressPayroll Office Role
Location: Adelaide SA, 500
Payrate: $36 - $37 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Data Management:
- Accurately enter payroll data into the system.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of employee payroll information.
Payroll Processing:
- Use CHRIS21 payroll software for processing payrolls (experience highly desirable).
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Handle the calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure all payroll-related data is meticulously checked for errors.
- Verify timesheets and other related documents to ensure accuracy.
Deadline Management:
- Work efficiently to meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of payroll cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a Valid Police Clearance.
Excellent Customer Service Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist employees and resolve issues.
High Level Attention to Detail:
- Exceptional accuracy in managing payroll data and calculations.
CHRIS21 Payroll Experience:
- Previous experience with CHRIS21 payroll software is highly desirable and advantageous.
Data Entry Skills:
- Proficient in data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of payroll data efficiently.
Time Management:
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
