About the role;
Corestaff are seeking Admin, Payroll and office all-rounders for various casual and short-term assignments for local government role
Skills and Experience:
- General administration, office and data entry
- General Account and Payroll Duties
- Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) (Essential)
- Objective (Records Management)
- Punctual and extremely reliable
- Able to work in a team environment effectively with an ability to learn, improve and take direction.
- Good typing skills with an attention to detail.
- Current National Police Clearance (essential)
- Experience inPronto XI highly regarded.
- Myob, Zero, Elmo CHRIS21 or similar payroll/accounting system experience (Highly Regarded).
- Good data entry skills, accuracy and proven reliability.
- Ability to communicate in an exceptional manner, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
