Are you ready to take the next step in your career and become an essential part of a dynamic payroll team? MCRI is seeking a dedicated Payroll Assistant to join our ranks and contribute to the smooth execution of daily payroll tasks.
As a Payroll Assistant at MCRI, you will be a vital member of our payroll team, collaborating under the guidance of the experienced Payroll Manager. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of data processing and addressing inquiries with precision. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within our organisation, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed for success in this dynamic role.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing changes to employees master file and reporting lines
- Processing payroll deductions (salary packaging
- End of months reporting: GL reports, leave reports, master file reports, HR related data reports
- Salary Packaging reporting to Maxxia
- PAYG reconciliation and payment
About you:
- Proven hands-on payroll experience
- Ability to extract from payroll required data and present in a required format (typically Excel)
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures especially end-to-end payroll processing
- Understanding of multi-assignments payroll
- (Desired) SAP payroll experience
