The CompanyA temp to perm, part time opportunity has arisen for an experienced full function Payroll Officer to work with a successful and growing global Logistics business based in the Southeast suburbs. The company continually invests heavily into product development and services it provides to a wide range of clients across a range of industries in Australia.
The Role
To start ASAP, join this close-knit Payroll team of 2, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager who manages the Australian Payroll side of the business. This integral and visible role would suit someone seeking a busy part time role for the school run! Required to work 2 days each week on Monday and Tuesday (1 day in the office at Mulgrave,1 day at home) to take ownership of the companies NZ Payroll. The business also Your primary duties will comprise of:
- End to Payroll
- Fortnightly Payroll processing (approx.50-100 people)
- Super, TAX calculations
- EBA/Award interpretations
- New starters/terminations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by Payroll Manager
You will be passionate about full function Payroll and obtain around 3 + years full function experience, preferably with NZ payroll experience (although this is not a necessity). The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and will need to obtain the following attributes:

- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines

- Good working knowledge of Payroll systems (ideally ADP, Chris 21, HR3, Sage or Micropay etc)
