About the Role

Your responsibilities include providing assistance to maintain payroll systems, accurately process payments in a timely fashion and attend to and complete, general payroll queries which will make you an integral part of the payroll team.
Your primary functions will be:
- Provide assistance in maintaining and updating the Payroll System and the Time and Attendance system
- Assist with accurate and timely processing of payments to all Arcare employees
- Setting up new starters
- Termination Payments
- Processing fortnightly payroll
- Processing annual leave and sick leave
- Payroll adjustments and payroll deductions
- Attending to payroll queries in a timely manner
- Award & EBA Interpretation
Skills & Experience
- Experience with electronic rostering and computerized payroll systems.
- Knowledge of relevant Industry Awards ad EBA’s (desirable)
- Knowledge of Human Force Time and Attendance System
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- An understanding of payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and other associated payroll functions.
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
