A well-known, global financial services company, established for around 100 years is looking for an end-to-end Payroll Officer to join the P&C team on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role
- Assisting with the management and accurate calculation, collation and processing of the monthly payroll via MicrOpay / Sage Meridian software
- Assisting with the calculation of commission payments (manually)
- Assisting with GL account reconciliations
- Management of all leave applications
- Answering payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
- Calculating terminations and other manual calculations including parental leave, long service leave, leave without pay etc.
- Interpreting and working within the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award across Australia
- Adhoc Payroll & HR administration duties.
- Qualification in Accounting and/or 3+ years of experience in an end-to-end payroll
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel and numeracy skills
- Thorough approach and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Committed, reliable and highly organised
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent salary package of up to $100,000 total package + 10% bonus
