We are a luxury hair brand with a proud legacy. Oscar Oscar Salons has celebrated over 34 years of creating glamorous hair. An opportunity exists to join the Oscar Oscar HQ team as a PART TIME Payroll Officer in our office located in Burleigh on the beautiful Gold Coast.
We are seeking a well presented, loyal, mature, organised person to be part of the head office team and to provide end to end payroll support for the salon group.
The role is responsible for:
- Deliver timely and accurate payroll services including fortnightly payroll, taxation, workers' compensation and superannuation payments
- Process all system onboarding of new employees into the Payroll System (ADP)
- Preparing and processing payroll actions required with a fortnightly pay cycle, including wage variations, terminations and leave entitlements
- Assist in end of month reconciliations and account integration preparation
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years payroll experience including end to end for approximately 200 employees
- Including but not limited to data entry, salary levels, KPI’s and commission structure
- Knowledge of ADP an advantage not essential
- Mange HR functions
- Knowledge & of awards and contractual obligations, superannuation, payroll tax
- High level of accuracy with numerical typing and computer skills
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM software (Kitomba)
